We here at Image Dynamics strive to bring you the best in car audio and while we hope that you never experience a problem with one of our products we do know that sometimes things can break.  Don't worry we are here to help!  Here are a few easy steps to get your item repaired or replaced under warranty.

For general warranty questions or to see if your item is still under warranty, use the simple contact form below.  Be sure to include the model number and serial number of your product so that we can better assist you. 

 Warranty Terms:

ID Series woofers, and speakers – 1 year warranty

IDQ, IDMAX – 2 year warranty, Replacement re-cone kit

Amplifiers & Component systems (ID not included) – 1 year warranty

**From date of original receipt, warranty is non-transferable

Once you have determined that your product is under warranty please download the RA form and email it along with a copy of your receipt to: warranty@imagedynamicsusa.net

Warranty Support is avaliable M-F 8:30AM-5:30PM PST. 

All returns must have approval for return and be issued an RA# for return.  DO NOT mail in your items without the RA#.
