Don't worry we are here to help! Here are a few easy steps to get your item repaired or replaced under warranty.

ID Series woofers, and speakers – 1 year warranty
IDQ, IDMAX – 2 year warranty, Replacement re-cone kit
Amplifiers & Component systems (ID not included) – 1 year warranty
**From date of original receipt, warranty is non-transferable
Once you have determined that your product is under warranty please download the RA form and email it along with a copy of your receipt to: email@example.com
Warranty Support is avaliable M-F 8:30AM-5:30PM PST.
All returns must have approval for return and be issued an RA# for return. DO NOT mail in your items without the RA#.
